Talbot’s Odyssey: Open Beta!

Finally! We have just launched our first open beta!

Feel free to download and give us your feedback. This beta version includes:

  • 5 levels, including a tutorial level.
  • Almost all sounds and graphics implemented.
  • Original soundtrack for each level.
  • Fully functional save/load features.
  • Graphic quality control for slower PCs.
  • Sound volume control for BGM and SFX.
  • Portuguese/English support.

Features that will be seen in the full version of the game:

  • Unlockable extra content, including back-story and concept art of many elements of the game.
  • At least 12 levels (including the 5 levels from the beta version).
  • More traps and puzzle mechanics.
  • Maybe more language support? (Still thinking about this one).
  • More music and graphics!
  • Ambient sound volume control.
  • Full-screen Support.

Talbot’s Odyssey may run really slow on older PCs. If you are having problems, try to lower the quality of the game in Options.

Acabamos de lançar a open beta do Talbot’s Odyssey! Esta versão inclui:
  • 5 fases, incluindo uma de tutorial.
  • Quase todos os sons e gráficos.
  • Música original para cada fase.
  • Sistema de save/load.
  • Controle de qualidade gráfica para PCs mais lentos.
  • Controle de volume das músicas e dos sons.
  • Idiomas português e inglês.

Para a versão completa, teremos:

  • Conteúdo extra liberado durante o jogo, incluindo back-story e concept art de vários elementos do jogo.
  • Pelo menos 12 fases (incluindo as 5 da Beta).
  • Mais armadilhas e puzzles.
  • Talvez mais idiomas? (Ainda estamos pensando).
  • Mais músicas e gráficos!
  • Controle de volume dos sons de ambiência.

New Challenger Approaching!

Our friend Ne Sasaki has decided to join the team and be one of the MiniBosses.
She’ll be taking care of our administration, organization and a lot of other things surroundind our projects.
Ne also works with architecture, animation and graphic design, but most important: she brings mochi for us!
